We are looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Paid Marketing Executive to help scale our user acquisition channels and increase high-quality paid users.

Role: Paid Marketing Executive (Full time & Onsite work)

The Paid Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on execution ability, and continuous testing mindset.

Office Address: No. 08, Quang Trung Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi, Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (primary task - Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify App Store).
• Develop and manage KOL/Influencer and Affiliate marketing channels (secondary task - will be fully trained).
• Allocate and manage budgets to maximize ROI and paid user growth.
• Monitor performance daily (CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Revenue) and optimize continuously.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Report performance weekly/monthly with clear growth insights.

Requirements:

Must-have:

• Fluent English (especially writing and reading, IELTS from 6.0 or equivalent)
• 1-3 years of experience in paid marketing or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads (both preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven mindset.
• Understanding of conversion funnel and growth metrics.
• Responsible, proactive, and result-oriented.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in SaaS, Shopify, or international markets.
• Familiar with GA4, GTM, tracking setup.
• Experience scaling campaigns for US/EU markets.
• Basic knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

• Morning from 8 am to 12 am
