Job Description:
- Support customers in using the company's products.
- Timely identify and report any issues to leadership.
- Collect customer feedback on the company's products.
- Assist and advise customers on using or upgrading to paid packages for the products.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by leadership.
- Forward detailed customer information to the development team and collaborate with them during product support.

Working Hours:
- Flexible shifts (4 hours/shift).
- One day off per week.
- If working on company holidays or weekends, you will receive 200% or 300% of the salary depending on the holiday.
Requirements:
- Basic English proficiency with vocabulary in Information Technology, especially in web design and e-commerce, as 100% of our customers are international (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (mandatory).
- Patience with customers and a commitment to providing the best support possible.
- Responsible and proactive in the job.
- Willingness to support other team members during work.
- Ability to handle high work pressure.
